DATUM lets signed-in users upload photos of tables, describe work in natural language, and download Excel workbooks (and related PDF reports). Sample tables may be explored without an account.

You may sign in with email/password or Google (when enabled). Free and Pro plans include a monthly conversion quota for real photo uploads. Samples do not consume quota.

Pro is billed through Stripe. Prices shown in the app apply. Taxes may be added by Stripe where required.

Cancel anytime from Account → Manage billing / cancel (Stripe Customer Portal). You keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period; then the account returns to Free.

If Manage billing is unavailable (no Stripe customer on file), email support@datums.app from your account email and we will help cancel.

Do not upload unlawful content, other people’s confidential data without permission, or malware. Do not attempt to abuse quotas, reverse-engineer the service for fraud, or disrupt other users.

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules or create security risk.

DATUM uses automated extraction and commands. Always review generated sheets before relying on them for finance, construction, or other decisions. The service is provided as-is; we aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after a published update means you accept the revised terms. Material billing changes will be reflected in the Account / Stripe flow.
