Data we process
Account: email, name/display name, auth provider (email or Google), and session cookies/tokens needed to keep you signed in.
Billing: Stripe customer and subscription ids, plan status, and payment events handled by Stripe (card details stay with Stripe).
Product: uploaded images you choose to convert, natural-language commands, generated workbook metadata, and conversion history while signed in.
How we use data
To run the service (sign-in, quotas, Excel generation), improve reliability, process Pro payments, and respond to support requests.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your conversion photos for unrelated advertising.
Retention
Account and conversion history remain while your account is active. You may request deletion by emailing us from your account address; we will delete or anonymize where feasible, except records we must keep for billing/tax or legal obligations.
Processors
Hosting and auth run on our app infrastructure (e.g. Vercel + database). Payments use Stripe. Google sign-in (when enabled) is handled via Google OAuth; Google’s privacy terms also apply to that login flow.
Your choices
Update or cancel billing via Account → Manage billing. Contact us to ask what we hold about your account or to request deletion.
